The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.11/2016 registered in Police Station Sarkanda District Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 380, 457 of IPC.

As per the prosecution case, a report was made by one Nagendra Sharma that a theft took place in house on 2/01/2016 and ornaments gold chain and bangle worth Rs.60,000/- were stolen. Subsequently, applicant was arrested and from his possession certain ornaments were recovered which were identified by wife of the complainant. Thereby, offence is committed.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the investigation is complete, no further investigation is necessary, applicant is in jail since 8/02/2016, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegation and the fact that identification and the evidence appears to be

complete, charge sheet has been filed and the applicant is in jail since 8/02/2016, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
