Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board 04/9/2019 This is an ofÏce reference seeking modification in the order dated 19.8.2019 passed by this Court in MCRC(A) No.1183/2019.

In the order dated 19.8.2019 passed in MCRC(A) No.1183/2019 there appears to be a typographical mistake relating to the crime number.

From perusal of the record, it appears that in the order passed in MCRC(A) No.1183/2019 the Crime number has wrongly been typed as 28/2019 in place of 28/2017. Thus, the error is apparent on the face of the record which needs to be rectified.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the Crime number in question be read as 28/2017 instead of 28/2019. With the modification as aforesaid, ofÏce reference stands disposed of.
