1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 22.08.2019 passed by the respondents transferring the petitioner from Narharpur to Koyalibeda.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is being transferred from Scheduled area to a Core Scheduled area inspite of fact that the petitioner has already worked on the present place i.e. Scheduled area for a period of more than 9 years. If at all if the respondents intended to transfer, they should have considered transferring the petitioner to a non Scheduled area. Further contention of the petitioner is that, the petitioner has only 14 months left for retirement and transferring the petitioner now would create much complications in his life at this juncture.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a representation in this regard to the respondents within a period of 10 day from today and the respondents in turn, shall consider and decide the same in accordance with transfer policy at the earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the order dated 22.08.2019 shall remain stayed so far as petitioner is concerned.
