1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been working under the respondent No.3 for quite sometimes and he has been making efforts with respondents for absorption of his service. He had made a representation in this regard to the respondent No.2, which is pending consideration and prays for a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest, so far as his claim for absorption is concerned.

2. Not opposed.

3. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for absorption in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the service conditions of the petitioner.

4. Let an appropriate decision be taken within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this Court.
