It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the land belonging to the petitioner was acquired by respondent No.3 for respondent No.4. The compensation has been determined in favour of the petitioner by way of order dated 31-12-2015 passed by respondent No.3. The compensation as ordered in the award in favour of the petitioner has not been disbursed so far. Therefore, it is prayed that appropriate order be passed. 2.
The State counsel appearing for respondents No.1 to 3 and learned counsel for respondent No.4 also have no objection if the petition is disposed off with direction.

After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off. The petition is granted liberty to file representation before respondents No.2 and 3 within a period of 18 days from today. If any such representation is filed then respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to consider on the same and pass appropriate orders directing disbursal of the amount of compensation, if not already disbursed till the date, within a period of 60 days from today. 4.
The petition is disposed off.
