Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 26.09.2018 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute raised by the petitioner in this case is the action on the part of the respondents withholding the increment payable to the petitioner which on an earlier
occasion was granted but subsequently was withdrawn by the Management. He submits that a representation dated 25.07.2018 in this regard has already been filed by the petitioner before respondent no.2 which is pending consideration.

Given the said limited dispute raised by the petitioner, let respondent no.2 scrutinize the claim of the petitioner and decide his representation in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the service condition of the petitioner as also the scheme under which the petitioner was granted employment. Let the decision be taken by respondent no.2 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
