1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P1 dated 14.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from District Janjgir-Champa to District Gariyaband.

2. The challenge of the petitioner is on the ground that the present is a third transfer order within a short span of less than two years time. Earlier two orders of transfer Annexure P-3 dated 27.12.2017 and again on vide Annexure P-2 dated 31.07.2018 the petitioner has been transferred.

-23. Given the fact and considering the case of the petitioner to be one of frequent transfer, let petitioner make a detailed representation within a period of 10 days from today and on receipt of the representation, the respondents shall take a decision within a period of 30 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P-1 shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.
