Agrawal Order On Board 19/09/2018 (1) Alleging that the respondent has not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in Writ Petition (C) No. 880 of 2018 dated 2nd April, 2018, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that petitioner's case has already been considered by the Sub Divisional Officer, Janjgir-Champa and rejected the same on 13.08.2018.

(3) Copy of the order dated 13.08.2018 be placed on record. (4) In that view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed. Rule issued is discharged. However, the petitioner is at liberty to question the order dated 13.08.2018 in accordance with law.
