1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 19.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred Gourella, District Bilaspur to Balrampur.

2. According to the petitioner the petitioner was recently sent on training by the State Government and in the course of undergoing the training bond was also got executed and one of the clauses in the bond was that five years the petitoiner would have to serve at District Hospitals, Community Health Centres in District Bilaspur. However, before the completion of five years period, the petitioner has been transferred from Bilaspur to Balrampur.

3. Second ground of challenge is that the wife of the petitioner is also working in the same field and is presently posted at Gourella, District

-2Bilaspur and is at an advance stage of pregnancy. She has not been transferred and transfer policy has a clause for accommodating the husband and wife at the same place or nearby place as far as possible.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner make a detailed representation within a period of 10 days from today and on receipt of the representation the authorities concerned shall decide the same within a period of 45 days.

5. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the impugned order Annexure P-1 shall remain stayed.

6. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
