1. By this CrMP, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 10.08.2020 passed in MCRC No. 4107/2020 regarding the time given for furnishing bail bond granted by the Hon'ble Court.

2. This Court while deciding MCRC No. 4107/2020, considered all the aspects of the matter and looking to the nature of the offence committed by the applicant granted the bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with one local surety and was given four weeks' time to furnish the bail bonds from the order date.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother of the petitioner is an old lady, with no source of income and it

was difÏcult for her to arrange the bail bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- within the stipulated period of four weeks before the trial Court and, therefore, he is still in jail. Now, he is ready to furnish bail bond as directed by this Hon'ble Court therefore, the order dated 10.08.2020 passed in MCRC No. 4107/2020 may be modified and further time may be granted to the applicant for furnishing bail bond.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 10.08.2020 passed in MCRC No. 4107/2020 so far as it relates to bail bond is modified and it is directed that applicant may be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with one local surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

5. Accordingly, the CRMP is disposed of.
