1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of transfer Annexure P-1 dated 23.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from District Jagdalpur to Ambikapur.

2. The challenge of the petitioner is on the ground that petitioner recently got married on 15.05.2019 and his wife also is an employee of the same department and was posted at Durg. That after marriage she had applied for being transferred where the petitioner, her husband is posted. The department acceded to her request for transferring her to Jagdalpur. However, vide the same order, the

-2husband the petitioner now has been sent to a different place i.e. Ambikapur from one Scheduled area to another scheduled area.

3. Given the fact and considering the case of the petitioner, let petitioner make a detailed representation within a period of 10 days from today and on receipt of the representation, the respondents shall take a decision within a period of 30 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P-1 shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.
