Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that as MCRC No.4657/2017 has been filed earlier to the present petition in connection with applicant No.3 Satyendra Kumar Sarthi, hence the instant MCRC may be withdrawn so far as it relates to applicant No.3 Satyendra Kumar Sarthi. Also submitted that as instructed he may be permitted to withdraw the instant MCRC without any appreciation on its merit. Though, the Court below may be directed to expedite the trial.

As submitted, the instant MCRC is withdrawn so far as it relates to applicant No.3 Styendra Kumar Sarthi @ Chotu as already the aforementioned MCRC has been filed on his behalf. Also the instant MCRC is disposed of as withdrawn regarding applicant No.1 Churawan Das Mahant @ Sanjay and applicant No.2 Gangadhar Das without any appreciation on its merit.
