The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.156/2016 registered in Police Station Kotra Road, District-Raigarh (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 376, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 26/06/2016 the applicant abducted the prosecutrix in his vehicle and thereafter committed forceful sexual intercourse. Thereby, offence is committed.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case as the victim has alleged false allegation for the reason of some monetary transaction. He further referred to one Ikrarnama wherein prosecutrix has stated that she has made wrong report against the applicant. Therefore, learned counsel submits that the applicant may be released on bail. 4.
Learned State counsel was directed to verify this statement of the prosecutrix.

On verification statement of the prosecutrix was recorded wherein she has stated that because of some dispute, allegations were levelled
against the applicant. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without further observation, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
