This is subsequent appeal filed on behalf of the appellant, through the counsel appointed by the High Court Legal Aid Services Committee. The earlier appeal being Cr.A. No.1204/2018, which is pending, before this Court against the same impugned judgment, hence, both the appeals can not be prosecuted simultaneously. Hence, this being the subsequent appeal is disposed off with a direction that the counsel appearing in this appeal shall give his appearance in Cr.A. No.1204/2018 on behalf of the appellant.
