The present writ petitions have been filed seeking an indulgence of this Court for an appropriate order in the backdrop of an interim order granted by this Court on 09.09.2021 in WPS No. 4472/2021, whereby there was a complete stay of the recruitment process for the post of Teachers both E & T-Cadre.

Today, this Court had dismissed the writ petition WPS No. 4472/2021 and as a consequence the interim order dated 09.09.2021 also stands vacated. The petitioners seem to be candidates, who have been declared otherwise eligible for appointment to the post of Teacher in the Surguja division.

Given the fact that writ petition WPS No. 4472/2021 has now been dismissed and there is no interim order further in operation, the

respondents would be at liberty to take appropriate further orders in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petitions stand disposed of.
