1. At the outset counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition with direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation that the petitioner has made to the respondents.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion so far as entitlement or eligibility of the petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
