Alleging that the respondents have not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in W.P. (C) No. 1865 of 2018 dated 10.07.2018, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the Collector, Bilaspur to comply with the order passed by this Court on 10.07.2018 in W.P. (C) No. 1865 of 2018 in its letter and spirit. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner may also make additional representation to the Collector, Bilaspur and, in turn, the authority concerned shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.
