This application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicants who are arrested in connection with Crime No.96/2020 registered at Police Station - Keshkal, District Kondagaon (C.G.) for commission of the offence punishable under Sections 20(B) (ii-B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 307 IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been sentenced to undergo the period already undergone by them, and as such, the present MCRC has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as having become infructuous.
