In a suit filed by the plaintiff, the trial Court granted temporary injunction in his favour, which was vacated by the misc. appellate Court, against which instant writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred. 2.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

This Court while entertaining the writ petition on 1.12.2018 passed following interim order :- "Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, the defendants No. 1 & 2 are directed to maintain status quo with regard to land in dispute and further directed not to make any construction over the suit land till the next date of hearing."

Since the suit is pending consideration since 6.6.2017 and there is no substantial progress in the trial, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the suit expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Meanwhile, interim order granted on 01.12.2018 shall remain in operation. 6.
