1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 12.07.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred Baikatori, Chhuikhadan to Bhave, Chhuikhadan.

2. The ground of challenge is that the wife of the petitioner is also working as Assistant Teacher Panchayat on the place 8 kms away from the present place of posting of the petitioner. Transfer policy of the State Government has a clause to accommodate husband and wife at the same place as far as possible.

-23. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner make a detailed representation within a period of 10 days from today and on receipt of the representation the authorities concerned shall decide the same within a period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the impugned order Annexure P-1 shall remain stayed.

5. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
