This petition is directed against the order dated 07.07.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Surajpur, granting interim maintenance under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (for short, 'the Act, 2005').

I have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the Judicial Magistrate First Class is directed to decide the main application filed under Section 12 of the Act, 2005 expeditiously, if not already decided.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed off.
