Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that this is a second bail application for grant of bail to the applicant. Earlier first bail application was dismissed on merit on 28-1-2016 and the applicant is in jail since 30-4-2012 whereby he has completed about 4 1/2 years jail sentence, therefore, the applicant may be released on bail or a direction may be given to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

After rejection of the first bail application, I do not find any change of circumstances to reconsider the repeat bail application. 4.

Accordingly, the second bail application is also liable to be and is hereby dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and complete the proceedings within a further period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Raju
