1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 22.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred Rajnandgaon to Raipur.

2. The ground of challenge is that the wife of the petitioner is also working as ANM in the same field on the same place where the petitioner is presently posted. Transfer policy of the State Government has a clause to accommodate husband and wife at the same place as far as possible.

-23. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner make a detailed representation within a period of 10 days from today and on receipt of the representation the authorities concerned shall decide the same within a period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the impugned order Annexure P-1 shall remain stayed.

5. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
