The Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 21.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Higher Secondary School Usarout, Block Tahsil and Distt. Raigharh to Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School Sarangarh, Distt. Raigharh. 2.

The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been shown to have been transferred at her own request whereas the petitioner has never made any request for being transferred on the said place. 3.

According to the petitioner, infact she had made a request of transfer at a different place, moreover, the husband of the petitioner also is an employee of the State Government and posted at the place where the petitioner is presently placed before the impugned order was passed.

Given the aforesaid facts of the case, let the Petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents in this regard within a period of 10 days and respondents in turn shall take a decision within a period of 45 days. 5.

Till the decision is decided, there shall be a stay of effect and operation of the order so far as the petitioner is concerned. 6.
