This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.48/2017 registered at Police Station Lailunga District Raigarh (Chhattisgarh) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B, 147, 148 & 149 of IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this bail application. 4.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed, as withdrawn. 5.

The bail rejection order passed by the trial Judge would indicate that out of 30 witnesses, 14 witnesses have been examined. 6.
