1. Counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time so far as compliance of the direction given by this Court in WP(S) No. 4440 of 2021 decided on 25.08.2021.
2. Counsel for the applicants submits that in terms of the order of this Court the non-applicant has submitted a fresh appeal on 08.09.2021 but due to administration reason, the same could not be decided and
he prays that the appeal shall be decided at the earliest. Therefore, he has moved an application for extension of time.
3. On due consideration of the entire facts and circumstances of the case, particularly taking into consideration, the contention of the counsel for the applicants that the appeal is in the process of being decided and the same shall be decided at the earliest, in the larger interest of justice to avoid further complication, the applicants have granted further 30 days' time starting from today for deciding the appeal. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed of.
