1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.20/2020, registered at Police Station: Bastar, District- Bastar (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 20(B), 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. 326.900 kilograms of illicit Ganja was transported in the vehicle belonging to the applicant. The contraband was seized on 11-02-2020 near Police Station: Bastar when it was being transported in the above said vehicle of the applicant.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the entire facts situation of the case and the whopping quantity of contraband transported in the vehicle belonging to the applicant, I am not inclined to exercise power under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
