1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the alleged arbitrary action on the part of the respondents in not permitting the petitioner to resume her duty in-spite of all efforts being made by the petitioner.

2. The petitioner at this juncture, makes a limited request that let the writ petition be disposed off directing the respondent No. 3 to take a decision on the representation that the petitioner has made in respect of her willingness to resume her duty.

3. Given said limited request that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to take a

decision on the representation that the petitioner has made by a speaking and reasoned order to be passed within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent No. 3 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
