This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.111/2020, registered at Police Station Patewa, District Mahasamund (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 364-A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the victim and their parents.
