After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant prays to withdraw this petition with issuance of direction to the concerned court that the application for regular bail be decided on the same day the applicant surrenders before that court.

Consequently, this MCRCA is dismissed as withdrawn. The concerned court is directed to consider and dispose off the application for regular bail of the applicant preferably on the same day the applicant surrenders before it, as far as practicable.
