This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 191/2017 registered at Police Station Champa, Civil and Revenue District Janjgir Champa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 376 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 22.03.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 608/2018. 3.

After consideration, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. Certified copy, as per rules.
