The applicant has preferred this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.394/2019, registered at Police Station - Urla, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 376(3), 506 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Complainant - Hirak Ram Vishvakarma appeared via video conferencing through DLSA, Raipur and submits that bail may not be granted to the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw this bail application and prays for liberty to renew the same in case the trial is not completed within three months. 2.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty as prayed for.
