1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 19.08.2018 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Masna to Mohtarakurmi.

-22. According to the petitioner, she was recently transferred vide Annexure P-2 dated 08.03.2019 to the present place of posting after the petitioner had recently assumed the duties on availing maternity leave and now less than 5 month's time the petitioner again being transferred.

3. Considering the fact that petitioner recently availed the maternity leave and had already been transferred vide Annexure P-2 dated 08.03.2019, let petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from today and on reciept of such representation the authorities concerned shall consider and decide the representation within a period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P-1 remain stayed.
