The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that his claim for compassionate appointment which is under consideration by the respondents have not been finalized. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the only hinderence which is coming in the way was the claim made by one Balkishan claiming himself to be the son of the alleged first wife. 3.

The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that, the said Balkishan himself was in Government employment when he had raised an objection and this fact he had suppressed at the time of raising objection against the petitioner's claim and the authorities thereafter have not taken any further decision on the claim of the petitioner.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the respondents No. 2 & 4 take a final decision on the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from today. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on merits so far as the entitlement is considered.
