1. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner was working as Peon on daily wage basis with the respondents since 01.04.2015 and she continued to work till 26.11.2018 when by an oral instruction the services of the petitioner was discontinued.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, she has already made a representation to the respondents No.3 to 5 seeking re-engagement/ reappointment and therefore the respondents may be directed to decide her representation at the earliest.

3. The prayer is not opposed.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.3 to 5 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge inder
