Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have made representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Janjgir vide Annexure P/1 dated 13/03/2019 for grant of arrears of time scale but the same has not been considered and decided. Therefore, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide their representation.

Respondent No.5 is directed to consider and decide representation of the petitioners within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by a reasoned order.
