Gupta, Advocates Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 26.09.2018 The only dispute raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition is the non settlement of GPF account of the petitioner. 2.

According to the petitioner, the calculation made by the authorities

concerned is erroneous when compared to the GPF passbook which is available with the petitioner.

Given the limited dispute, let respondent no.2 sit along with respondent no.4 with the relevant service records pertaining to GPF entries of the petitioner and call upon the petitioner also along with all relevant records which is available with him and thereafter in presence of the petitioner, his GPF account be scrutinized and an appropriate order be passed within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
