The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.51/2020 registered at Police Station: Darbha, District- Bastar (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20(B)(ii)(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the MCRC.
