1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No.2 to 4 on the claim of the petitioner as per the representation Annexure P/6 dated 08.04.2019.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned, let the respondents No.2 to 4 take an appropriate decision in accordance with law and the service regulations governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
