1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 04.06.2019 in connection with Crime No. 90/2019 registered in Police Station- Ghumka, District Rajnandgaon (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC.

2. None appeared on behalf of the applicant even in the second round.

3. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the bail application for want of prosecution. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
