1. Heard.

2. This appeal under Section 21 (4) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 has been preferred challenging the order passed by the trial Court refusing to enlarge the appellant on bail.

3. The prayer for bail is made by the appellant in connection with Crime No.160/2020, registered at Police Station - Tumgaon, District - Mahasamund (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 420, 489 A, B, C, D of the Indian Penal Code.

CRA No. 13 of 2021

4. In appellant's earlier attempt to seek regular bail, his appeal bearing CRA No.514 of 2020 and other connected matters was dismissed by us by a detail order on merits.

5. It is argued that since, thereafter, co-accused Tihara Koshley has been released on bail.

6. Merely because one co-accused has been enlarged on bail, we are not inclined to review our earlier order to enlarge the appellant on bail in a case where huge counterfeit currency notes have been recovered.

7. The appeal sans merit, is liable to be and is hereby dismissed. It is also to be noted that the trial has already commenced and several witnesses have already been examined.
