The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.102/2016 registered in Police Station G.R.P. Bilaspur, Distt. & Revenue Distt. Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 25 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, on 29/07/2016 the applicant alighted from the train and when their luggages were searched, 9 swords were found and no licence was produced. Thereby, offence is committed. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, goods were seized in train, it do not belong to the applicant, charge sheet in this case has been filed, no further investigation is necessary, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Perused the case diary and the documents. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, charge sheet has been filed, applicant is in jail since 29/07/2016, this court is inclined to release the applicant on
bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
