1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.94/2013, registered at Police Station Bijapur, District Bijapur (C.G.), for offence punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the MCRCA with liberty to move anticipatory bail application before the jurisdictional Sessions Court.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the present MCRCA is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
