1. This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested on 11.4.2020 in connection with Crime No.208/2020, registered at Police Station- City Kotwali, Ambikapur, District Surguja(C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120-B, 34 of the IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the State as well as counsel for the Objector have no objection.

4. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
