The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.07/2016 registered in Police Station Magarlod, District Dhamtari (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 507, 386 of Indian Penal Code and Section 67 (A) of Information Technology Act.

As per the prosecution case, the applicant alongwith other co-accused demanded Rs.1,00,000/- by extortion 15 days prior to 3/01/2016 and also obtained Rs. 20,000/- from the complainant and thereby committed the aforesaid offence.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case. He submits that similarly placed co-accused have been enlarged on bail by the coordinate bench of this court in M.Cr.C.No.1881/2016 on 11/04/2016 and case of the applicant is also similar, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel do not dispute the fact that similarly placed

co-accused have been enlarged on bail in M.Cr.C.No.1881/2016 on 11/04/2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also for the fact that similarly placed co-accused have been enlarged on bail in M.Cr.C.No.1881/2016 on 11/04/2016, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his father's furnishing security for a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
