Award of tender to Respondent No.3 in terms of Annexure P/1 i.e. NIT No.746, dated 28.06.2018 is the reason for so-called Association to file a writ application seeking a direction to restrain the Respondents from award of such work.

Since such issue cannot be treated as kind of public interest litigation on behalf of the Association or group of Contractors, the writ application is not

required to be entertained. Any individual who may be otherwise affected by such decision of award of tender may have freedom to do so. 4.

The writ application is otherwise dismissed.
