1. Heard.
2. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.RC1242019S0001, registered at Police Station: Central Bureau of Investigation, District- Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 477(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The applicant has committed criminal misappropriation of an amount of 4.67 lac. The applicant committed forgery of signature of account holder Ram Prasad and withdraw the amount from his account. The offence is registered pursuant to order passed by the High Court.
4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.
5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail. However, if the applicant surrender and apply for regular bail, the same shall be considered expeditiously.
