1. The claim of the petitioner through the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider their claims for regularization on the post of Assistant Grade-III and Peon respectively.

2. The counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent No.2 has already made a recommendation in favour of the petitioners vide Annexure P/9 dated 13.10.2017 which is still pending consideration before the respondent No.1. He submits that the petitioners have also made repeated representations before the authorities but the same has not been decided till now.

3. Given the aforesaid facts of the case, let the respondent No.1 take a decision on the claim of the petitioner at the earliest keeping in view the recommendation of the respondent No.2 dated 13.10.2017.

4. Needless to mention that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authorities would be at liberty to take a decision purely in accordance with rules and regulations governing the service conditions.
