1. Learned State Counsel submits that Appellant has been released from jail on 19.04.2019 after completion of the entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the trial Court. He has also submitted a jail report of the appellant in this regard

2. Since, Appellant has already been released after completion of his entire jail sentence, learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant appeal.
