The counsel for the respondents submits that, they have already filed the reply and Annexure-R/1 has been passed whereby they have accepted not to carry out any further recovery from the petitioner. He further submits that, the respondents also shall not be carrying out any further recovery in respect of the said order.

In view of the statement made by the counsel for the respondents, this Court is of the opinion that, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the instant Contempt Petition.

Accordingly, the same stands disposed off and the respondents stands discharged of the contempt proceedings.

It is made clear that, the right of the petitioner stands reserved, in the event of the respondents initiating any further steps detrimental to the petitioner to challenge the same by way of a separate petition. 5.
